Amstrad Team interview

Postby gunbladelad on Fri Sep 23, 2011 2:12 am

Given all the love for all things Amstrad in the magazine, I'm surprised that there's been a lack of any interviews with Alan Sugar or the teams behind the CPC, PCW and Amsoft.

Heck - I'm sure if Sir Sugar could be convinced to do the interview, you'd be able to get his perspective on Amstrads entry to (and exit from) computing.

Failing that, I'm sure there's probably people that were on the team that would be glad that someone remembers them and is interested to hear about the history.

I thought it had been done already (minus Mr Sugar, as he doesn't really know anything about it).

i just noticed this thread, and i had some small dealings with Lord Sugar back in the 80s myself, and i can tell you, he always had his finger on the business at all times , especiallly on the PC /games side of the business,
I might even try to contact him myself to ask for a few words of wisdom.
