Last night I watched 'Jackie Brown'. Hmmm, I sort of can see why people could be disappointed by it - especially after watching 'Reservoir Dogs' and 'Pulp Fiction'. I had seen it before, but it had been a while. The characterisation was much deeper than any of QT's other films(including his later films) and I suppose that was to the film's credit. However, it could have done with losing about 45 minutes. The plot did drag a bit. I thought that Robert Forster was amazing in the film. the standout performance. Pam Grier and Jackson were also good.

I then watched more of 'Burn Notice' (season 5). Another good episode, but it puts Michael back into a lot of trouble. It was good how the writers came up with another plot twist - otherwise I thought that the show would run out of steam.

Just got back from watching the Bourne legacy. It starts off well enough and then gradually descends into a massive pile of diseased dogshite. I really wanted to enjoy it, and desperately tried not to find fault with it. But it was just so poorly done overall that I couldn't wait for it to be over. Most of the action, especially the chase sequences was shot so up close it was nearly impossible to work out what was going on, not good at all.

I'm going to have to watch the others again now so I can get the memory of this pile of crap out of my head.

Trying to get the most out of my Netflix 31 days trial, watched King Of Kong again, can't really say much about it as 99% of people on here have probably watched it. On with The Four Year Plan, about QPR and there journey to the Premier League....quiet good so far, was sad to see the state of how Loftus Road used to be.

Watched the first episode of Person of Interest last night.

Was alright for a first episode, might give it a couple more episodes before deciding whether to keep at it.

Batman. Great. What a barnstorming trilogy.

I watched 'The Goonies'. It has been such a long time since I had seen it. A good action comedy from Mr. Spielberg and Richard Donner. Funny remembering all the different characters. Great to see Robert Davi in it(license to Kill) and Josh Brolin(No Country For Old Men). Remember the 'truffle shuffle' in this?

I then watched 'The Newsroom'. Hmmm, still can't get into this.

I've just watched that & found it to be pretty enjoyable. Plus it's filling the gap now that CSI has finished its latest series.

To clarify will contain spoilers
In the 2k one (summarised)
Tengu Shredder - The first one a demon from Japan
Umtron Shredder - The main one of the series, and is a bloody awesome bad guy, his end in the series is a bit urgh.
Then his adopted daughter Karai becomes Shredder, but a different one, she kinda has a thing for Leo
Cyber Shredder- Urgh, only in the last series, turns out Shredder made a back up of him self on the internet (yeah I know), he comes back thanks to a bad guy(gal?) from the last series thats a computer virus of sorts, he takes her over and the turtles run into him while looking for the digitised bits of Splinter. He does get out and the series ends in a great "Everybody vs the foot" showdown.

In Forever you find out that there is loads of different reality's of the turtles that all span from the first comic.
