As you've done that, I think I'll gift a paid for copy to someone else once its gone up again. Can't really complain about getting a twofer.

Coincidentally, GoG.com have just released a Robin Hood game today:

Apparently its like a slightly easier version of the Commandos RTS. Very tempting.

Thanks, dude. Hope you enjoy it!

EDIT: I own that game. It's okay and - yes - very similar indeed to Commandos. Dunno about easier, mind, it's still pretty bloody hard.

Downloaded and about 30% through now - not bad at all.

Just thought I'd drag up this long-dormant thread to make everyone aware that, for those without a Kindle, the book is now available from Smashwords which supports... ooh... loads of differing formats.

Enjoy!

Taking me a while to read as its on my phone - keep thinking should just read it at home instead of while on the tube.

Actually quite enjoying the book. worth a go to support a fellow forum member too.

I didn't know you were writing a book, Jagfest. Fiction or non-fiction?

Stumbled upon Wattpad a place where you can write your stories and post them online. Seems to be over run by teen girls though with fantasies writing about One Direction, Vampires and Werewolves...

I put my book up on there that took two years to write - so check it out and the site if you fancy yourself as a bit of a writer.

This thread reminds me that I did eventually get round to reading Killbot's book and thoroughly enjoyed it, so if you fancy a retake on the Robin Hood tale I'd recommend it. Very easy reading, it was something of a page turner for me. I was going to gift it to the first PM but it doesn't seem to be available any more :(

Quite a shame really - I thoroughly enjoyed it and could quite happily have read more.
